CAREERS
We are an early-stage startup in New York building lightweight, privacy-first display glasses with no cameras and no microphones. The team is small, so each person owns a large part of the product. We care more about what you have built than where you have worked. These roles are aimed at people early in their careers, from recent graduates to about four years of experience.

01 DESIGNER (EYEWEAR)
Design the frames people will wear every day. Our glasses need to look like ordinary eyewear while holding a display, battery, and circuit board in the temples. As one of our first designers, you will help set the look of the brand as well as the product.
YOU WILL
- Take frame styles from first sketches to physical samples
- Choose materials, colors, and finishes
- Work with engineers to fit the electronics without changing the look
- Help with packaging, photos, and anything else that needs a designer
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- A portfolio of your work; school, personal, and small-brand projects all count
- A strong eye for eyewear or accessories, even if you have not designed glasses before
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Interest in learning how products are manufactured
-
02 SUPPLY CHAIN (OPERATIONS)
Figure out how to get the glasses made. As our first operations hire, you will find manufacturers, order parts, track costs, and ship prototypes. Early on, much of the job is research, email, and follow-up.
YOU WILL
- Find, compare, and contact manufacturers and component suppliers
- Track quotes, costs, lead times, and samples
- Coordinate prototype builds and shipping
- Set up the spreadsheets and processes we will rely on as we grow
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Experience getting something physical made, such as a product, a merch run, or a crowdfunded project
- Organization and persistence with follow-up
- Comfort negotiating and asking questions outside your expertise
- Willingness to travel to factories when needed
-
03 SOFTWARE ENGINEER (MOBILE)
Build the phone app that pairs with the glasses, and the SDK that lets other apps send maps, lists, and notifications to the display. As our first software hire, you will make many of the early technical decisions.
YOU WILL
- Build the iOS and Android app, starting with pairing and settings
- Send maps, reminders, and notifications to the glasses over Bluetooth
- Design a simple SDK and write its documentation
- Test on prototype hardware and work through bugs with the hardware team
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Apps you have built and released; side projects count
- Some experience with Swift, Kotlin, or a cross-platform framework
- Interest in Bluetooth and hardware, even without prior experience
- Comfort learning new tools quickly and working without detailed specs
